How do I join the Fortify Rewards program?
It’s automatic and free! When you create a Fortify account, you are automatically enrolled in the rewards program. And you start earning points on your very first order.
Do my points expire?
Your lifetime point earnings total remains active as long as your account is with us. But the points earned are valid for 3 months and need to be used before that or they expire. Don’t worry, we will send you a reminder before any points expire.
How do I redeem my points?
You can manually redeem points at checkout, or if you have an existing meal subscription with us, they will auto-apply during your subscription renewal. You need to have a minimum point balance of 200 to be able to convert them into a discount, and you can use up to 2,500 points per order. Similarly under the Loyalty program’s “Redeem” tab, you will also find options to convert the points into discount coupons directly.
How does the reward rank tiers work?
As you accumulate points, you automatically advance through the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers. Each tier unlocks better benefits and exclusive rewards, from bonus points, discounts, merchandises, perks and more. Join the program to check out the complete list of rewards.
Is there a limit to the number of friends I can refer?
Not at all. There is no limit. Refer as many friends as you want and earn 10% off for each successful referral. But you need to be an existing customer (with at least one order placed with us) to be eligible for this.
